Individual cabin space as well as full boat private charters can be reserved either through a travel agent or directly with us. To confirm the booking, a deposit is required within 10 days of placing an option. Failure to make the deposit payment will result in release of the option.

Upon payment of the deposit, a dive guest certifies that he/she has the diving experience required to take part in the dive program and agrees to follow the instructions of the dive guide during the cruise.

They are paid with the booking except beverages, equipment rentals, tips and the Tourism Environmental Sustainability Levy which are paid onboard in cash. Extras prices are shown on the booking tool.

Final: 100% payment including all Obligatory Charges and Extras is due 90 calendar days prior to a cruise start date, along with submission of all required documents. For bookings made 90 days or less prior to a cruise departure, 100% payment and all required documents are immediately due.

Note: All payments are made by bank transfer to the account shown on our invoice. Please ensure that all bank fees related to the booking party’s bank are covered by him/her including any intermediary bank fees. A bank confirmation submitted to us helps to ensure proof of payment made within the allocated time period.

Rate Changes: We strive to calculate cruise rates accurately and fairly. However, we reserve the right to apply an appropriate surcharge to its prices should sudden economic changes such as in exchange rates or fuel prices make a material difference to pricing. Guests accept that such changes lie outside our power and means to influence and that they may occur without notice. We assume no responsibility nor do we offer compensation for damages, injury, or death occurring to guests. Nor do we compensate for loss of or damage to guests’ property during a cruise. Neither are we negligent nor liable if accidents happen as a result of acts or omissions by other third parties. It is therefore a condition of the contract with us that guests have comprehensive insurance specific to the booking which covers all personal requirements including pre-existing medical conditions, cancellation charges, medical expenses and repatriation in the event of accident, illness, diving injuries, medical evacuation including COVID-19 infections, or death.

Recommended coverage is as follows.

Dive Injury Insurance: covering all risks, costs and expenses likely to be incurred as a result of a diving injury, including but not limited to de-compression chamber treatments, air evacuation, and loss or damage to possessions. This insurance should cover all scuba diving or water sports activities that a guest is likely to undertake during the cruise.

Medical Evacuation Insurance: covering all risks, costs and expenses likely to arise from a diving or non-diving injury requiring evacuation to a place of specialist care, including but not limited to low altitude air evacuation, specialist treatment and direct and indirect losses.

Comprehensive Travel Insurance: covering any pre-departure cancellations should a guest have to cancel the trip for an insured reason such as illness or serious accident; any changes or cancellation to travel plans; loss or damage to luggage and contents; alterative accommodation and transportation.
